Welcome to SwapKing.io! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

Anyone is welcome to use SwapKing.io. We allow individuals from all backgrounds, nationalities, and regions to create an account and perform exchange operations. We do not impose any restrictions based on personal identity or origin.

2. Rates and Fees

  • Dynamic Rate Mode: Exchange rates update in real-time based on live market data. Once your payment is received, the rate is locked in for that transaction.

  • Fixed Rate Mode: Rates remain fixed for 45 minutes after the order is created. If payment is not received within this window, the rate is automatically updated every 45 minutes.

3. Customer Payments

There are no minimum or maximum limits to initiate an order. However, if the amount sent exceeds the system's conversion limits, the platform will automatically process a refund. These limits are clearly displayed before and during each exchange.

4. SwapKing.io Payments

We process outgoing payments once the incoming funds receive the necessary blockchain confirmations and fall within the platform’s supported balance limits. As with customer payments, all relevant limits are disclosed in advance.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed automatically and free of charge. Customers may select a preferred network fee during the refund process, depending on the chosen blockchain. In the case of ERC-20 token refunds, we provide a private key to a funded address for easy retrieval.

6. Support

Support is available via:

  • A per-order support chat, accessible within each individual exchange page for transaction-specific help

Our team aims to respond promptly, with a typical maximum wait time of 12 hours, depending on system load.

7. Prohibited Jurisdictions

SwapKing.io does not enforce geographical restrictions. We do not collect or analyze IP addresses, location data, or nationality, and therefore do not block users based on jurisdiction.
